About

A focused IT consulting and systems integration company.

Xenocore Solutions works with organisations that need their technology infrastructure planned properly, integrated correctly and supported after it goes live. We are a young company, and we keep our service portfolio focused on the areas where we can take clear responsibility for the work.

Business focus

Built for organisations that depend on their IT but do not want to manage every vendor themselves.

Most organisations that contact an IT integrator have one of a few needs: something new has to be set up, something old has to be replaced, an environment has to be made more secure, or existing systems need someone to look after them. Often several of these apply at once.

Our work sits between the requirement and the equipment. We help define what is needed, design an appropriate solution, coordinate supply and implementation, and leave behind an environment that is documented and supportable, whether we continue to maintain it or not.

Typical starting points include:

  • A new office, floor or facility that needs network, server and security infrastructure
  • Equipment approaching end of life or end of warranty
  • A security concern, audit requirement or customer obligation that needs to be addressed
  • A plan to move workloads to the cloud or to add GPU computing capacity
  • Infrastructure that works today but has no maintenance arrangement or documentation

Technical service areas

What we work on.

Full service details
  • Cybersecurity

Perimeter and network security, endpoint protection and access controls, planned and configured as part of the infrastructure rather than added afterwards.

  • IT Infrastructure and System Integration

Enterprise networking, servers, storage and virtualization, integrated and configured to work together as one documented environment.

  • AI and GPU Computing

Infrastructure planning and integration for GPU servers and compute-intensive workloads, from sizing and facility checks to deployment and handover.

  • Cloud Infrastructure

Cloud readiness, migration and deployment for public, private and hybrid environments, with security and running costs planned from the start.

  • Managed IT Services and Maintenance

Preventive maintenance, administration and backup planning for servers, storage and network equipment, under an AMC or an agreed support scope.

  • IT Consulting and Advisory

Requirement assessment, solution design, technology selection and procurement planning before budgets and purchase orders are committed.

Approach

How we plan and deliver solutions.

We start from the requirement, not from a product. Before recommending equipment or a platform we want to understand the users and sites involved, the applications that depend on the infrastructure, what already exists and who will operate the result.

Designs are written down and agreed before work starts, including what is excluded and which tasks remain your responsibility. Implementation is planned around your change windows, tested against agreed criteria and closed with documentation that describes what was actually built.

Where a requirement falls outside our scope, we will say so rather than stretch to cover it.

Principles

Four commitments that shape every engagement.

  1. Clear scope

What is included, what is excluded and who is responsible for each part is written down before work starts.

  2. Appropriate technology

Recommendations are sized to the actual requirement and to the team that will operate the result, not to the largest available option.

  3. Documentation

Designs, configurations and handover notes are delivered as part of the work, so the environment can be supported by anyone you choose.

  4. Accountable communication

One point of contact, regular status updates, and early notice when a dependency, risk or change affects the plan.

How we work

Understand, design, implement, support.

Each stage ends with something you can review: a written requirement, a design and scope, a tested system, and handover documentation.

  1. Step 1

    Understand

Discuss the requirement, the existing environment, constraints and the business objective behind the request.

    • Requirement discussion
    • Review of existing systems
    • Site visit where needed
  2. Step 2

    Design

Define the proposed approach, the technologies involved, who is responsible for what, and the scope in writing.

    • Solution design
    • Bill of materials
    • Scope and responsibilities
  3. Step 3

    Implement

Coordinate deployment, integration, configuration and testing according to the agreed project plan.

    • Planned change windows
    • Configuration and integration
    • Acceptance testing
  4. Step 4

    Support

Provide the agreed handover, documentation, maintenance or ongoing support for the environment.

    • As-built documentation
    • Administrator handover
    • Maintenance where agreed
